Peggo Beta is one of the first SW artists and since the beta days her fame grew steadily due to the amazing artwork she creates. Peggo’s gallery was the first I ever visited in SW and that experience changed my view on what one could do on a graffiti board. Until then all I had seen and done on graffiti boards was scribbling. Peggo showed me that you could do so much more on those boards, you could do art.
There’s no doubt that her pioneering work influenced and challenged the SmallWorlds art scene and contributed to the art boom we see today.
